Our cuvee without sulphur added L’Envie, vintage 2015 was quoted in VEG magazine (which is a French bi-monthly magazine about veggie and foodie cuisine).
Several pages are devoted to Cahors Malbec wines (the title of the article is “ Cahors, try for black wines”, kind reference to rugby and New Zealand rugby team).

This article is focused on the fact that it is possible to pair Cahors wines with veggie cuisine. At the Château Haut Haut-Monplaisir, we like to drink some glasses of L’Envie with chickpeas curries, summer vegetables oven-cooked with parmigianno… Bon appétit!
