Each vintage, we get our energy in our sacred terroir.
We are fully dedicated to our soils and grape varieties but also dependent on sometimes, good and sometimes unpredictable weather.
We love to challenge ourselves and in our history, we have keys dates where everything lights up !
In 2015, we created L’Envie, a 100% Malbec, produced from tiny part of parcel, vinified and aged without sulphites added. Full fruit and in the mean time a full bodied and juicy wine.

In 2022, we created Le Chemin Blanc, a blend of 60% of Chardonnay and 40% of Viognier, planted of limons and limestone soils. The wine was aged 15 months in demi-muids (big wooden barrels)

It is an expressive and lively wine. After opening with blackcurrant, prunes and black olive, it evolves towards a richer bouquet, with notes of rosemary and cinnamon. It is the freshness that dominates the palate, accompanied by a beautiful tannin structure, dense and fine. A pleasant sweetness, both gustatory and aromatic, accompanies the wine on its long finish, with surprising notes of elderflower and peppermint. While still young, he will love grilled lamb chops, a risotto with squash, mushrooms and parmesan… Later, he will appreciate red meat in sauce as much as refined vegetarian cuisine. To drink or keep for a few years.

A lively and tasty white wine which already shows a certain refinement despite its youth. The typical aromas of its grape varieties – citrus, white peaches and apricots – confer lightness and deliciousness, while the aging in oak barrels adds an intriguing smoky, even mineral character. Undoubtedly a wine for the table, accompanying sweet and salt water fish, shellfish or tasty mature cheeses.
Drink this summer or leave for two or three years in the cellar, a rest period which will reinforce its richness and sweetness.
